• Bathroom Renovations: Comprehensive renovation services for bathrooms, including design and installation.
• Furniture: Custom solid wood furniture design and creation.

3. Project Scope and Estimates

• Scope of Work: A detailed description of the services to be provided will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Any changes to the scope of work will be billed accordingly.
• Estimates: All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Final costs may vary depending on additional work or changes requested by the client.

4. Payment Terms

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• Workmanship: We provide a warranty on workmanship as specified in the project contract. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance.
• Materials: Warranties on materials are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

7. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Envious Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any defects in the work performed.
• Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

8. Termination

• By Client: The client may terminate the contract at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. The client will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of the termination, including but not limited to, materials and labor.
• By Envious Creations: We may terminate the contract if the client fails to comply with the terms or if the project is delayed beyond reasonable control.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
